No Deposit Required

Rental Rules:
Scooter Rental in Bali (Denpasar, Kuta, Airport, Ubud)
- Calculation of 1 flexible day starts from 00:00 until midnight (1×24 hours).
- Long-term rentals are available, charged per 30 days, except in February, which is 29 days.
- Free delivery within specified areas.
Required Documents
- Passport, visa (PDF), international driver’s license or local SIM, and hotel reservation.
Lost or Stolen Key
- A fee of 1 million IDR will be charged, plus any additional fees for lost usage days (if applicable).
Bike Theft or Accident

If the bike is stolen or involved in an accident with repair costs exceeding 70% of the bike's value, you must cover the insurance deductible:
- Xmax: 5.5 million IDR
- Nmax ABS/Turbo: 2 million IDR
- Lexi: 2 million IDR - All keys must be provided in the event of theft. If not, you will be responsible for the full value of the bike.
Damage:
- You are responsible for repairs in case of a crash, drop, or any damage (including from animals, e.g., monkeys). If a panel is broken, you must cover the replacement cost.
- You must take the bike to a Yamaha dealership for repairs. If parts are unavailable, they must be ordered, and the dealership will install them. Damaged bikes returned will follow Yamaha catalog prices, plus an additional 500,000 IDR for the loss of bike usage.
- Acceptable scratches are limited to normal wear (rock chips, minor parking scuffs), which we can distinguish from other damage.
Tires:
- Once you take possession, you are responsible for tire damage caused by racing, reckless driving, or swapping the tires.
Lost Helmet:
- A replacement fee of 300,000 IDR will be charged for a lost helmet.
Traffic Tickets & Accidents:
- You are responsible for any traffic or camera fines during the rental period, verified before bike return.
- In case of an accident, we are not responsible for third-party damages, which must be settled directly.
- All bikes have TLO insurance for theft or accidents where damage exceeds 70% of the bike's value. A deductible applies.
Refund Policy:
- No refunds. If there’s an issue with the bike, we’ll do our best to fix or exchange it.
Safety:
- Ride safely. No drinking and driving. Always wear a helmet, even for short trips.
Third-Party Use:
- If anyone else drives the bike, or if the bike is subleased, the rental will be voided and repossessed without refund. Travel outside of Bali (including Lombok, and Java/Jawa) is only allowed with prior approval from DC Rental Bali. An additional fee of IDR 700,000 applies, and original documents will be provided for approved trips. Unauthorized travel outside Bali will void the rental.

- By submitting your reservation, you agree to DC Rental Bali's terms.
FIGHTING THE MOTORCYCLE THEFT SYNDICATE: DC Rental Bali cooperates with the Bali Regional Police, the Indonesian Motorbike Rental Association and the Bali Motorbike Rental Association. We WILL IMMEDIATELY take firm action and prosecute any person who has indications of a syndicate or has been linked to blacklists, pawnbrokers, embezzlement, and DPOs of rental associations throughout Indonesia.
